About Projeto Acolher TEA
A social, educational and science communication platform about Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Projeto Acolher TEA | Information that welcomes. Science that connects.
A free social, educational and science communication platform created to bring families, students, professionals, researchers and universities closer to information and references about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Projeto Acolher TEA began from the need to support caregivers and make reliable information easier for families to access. As the Project developed, we recognized that improving the reality of autism also requires stronger connections among families, students, professionals, schools, universities and researchers.
For this reason, Projeto Acolher TEA also acts as a bridge among science, learning, professional practice, education and society. Our purpose is to broaden access to reliable information, support families, students and professionals, bring science closer to society and prepare a future institutional collaboration area for schools.
We operate as an educational, informational and science communication platform. We are not a clinic, medical office or therapeutic service. Our curation prioritizes scientific evidence and reliable sources; when technical review is provided, the reviewer and scope of the review should be identified.

Future area
Schools, inclusion and training
After institutional formalization, the Project intends to develop an area for schools with lectures, continuing education and educational training, including ABA principles in educational settings. The proposal includes participation by ambassadors and professionals according to each member’s training, experience and professional scope.
At this stage, this area is still being planned and does not represent a service currently available for hire.
