Copyright and Use of Content
Rules for authorship, citation, downloading, reproduction and use of content made available by Projeto Acolher TEA.
Last updated: August 19, 2026.
1. What is protected
Texts, articles, visual compositions, photographs, illustrations, videos, educational materials and other original works may be protected by copyright under Brazilian legislation. Copyright registration is optional and is not a condition for an intellectual work to receive protection, although it can serve as a means of proving authorship or ownership.
Authorship and ownership must be analyzed according to each content. Contributions from Ambassadors and collaborators preserve the identification of their respective authors. Third-party content cited, incorporated or simply indicated by link remains subject to the rights of their holders.
2. Free materials are not public domain
The fact that a PDF, guide or activity is made available free of charge does not mean a waiver of copyright or unrestricted authorization for reproduction. When the material itself does not indicate a different license, the download is made available for personal and educational use, respecting the uses permitted by Brazilian legislation.
Expected Usage
- download and print for personal or educational use;
- cite small excerpts within legal limits, indicating authorship and source;
- share the link to the official page where the material is published.
Requires attention or authorization
- republish the entire file on another website or platform;
- remove credits, ownership, authorship or notices from the material;
- adapt and redistribute as its own product;
- sell, license or use commercially without authorization, except in a specific legal case.
3. How to cite the Project
Whenever legislation allows the citation or partial use of content, we recommend indicating the title of the page or material, the name of the author when identified, Projeto Acolher TEA, the address projetoacolhertea.com.br and the access date when applicable.
Credit example
Acolher TEA Project. Content title. Available at: Projetoacolhertea.com.br. Access on: day/month/year.
4. Name, visual identity and brand
“Projeto Acolher TEA”, its visual identity and graphic elements are used to publicly identify the initiative. This page does not declare that the name or logo are registered trademarks while there is no registration granted by INPI. The use by third parties of a name, logo or visual presentation capable of falsely suggesting a link, authorship, partnership or origin in the Project is not authorized.
Trademark protection, its extent and possible exclusivity depend on the rules of the Industrial Property Law, the classes of products and services and the INPI's analysis. Therefore, the Project does not use the ® symbol without registration granted.
5. Technical contributions, references and third parties
Technical Contributions identify their authors and distinguish thematic authorship, editorial curation and eventual technical review. Scientific articles, laws, official documents, licensed images and external content remain subject to the rules of authorship, license or public domain applicable to the original sources. The presence of a reference on the website does not transfer the rights to the cited work to the Project.
6. Registration and documentation of authorship
The Project maintains publication records, versions, dates, files and editorial history. When appropriate, relevant copyright works can be submitted to the Copyright Office of the National Library Foundation, whose registration is optional and can reinforce documentary proof of authorship or ownership.
7. Reporting unauthorized use
To request authorization, report improper reproduction, incorrect attribution or use that may cause confusion with the Project, please contact us via email projetoacolhertea@outlook.com. Include the link, screenshot or file and, when possible, the date the use was identified.
